The above links demonstrate a basic navigational structure using an unordered list styled with CSS. Use this as a starting point and modify the properties to produce your own unique look. If you require flyout menus, create your own using a Spry menu, a menu widget from Adobe's Exchange or a variety of other javascript or CSS solutions.

If you would like the navigation along the top, simply move the ul.nav to the top of the page and recreate the styling.

2012 Dave Denniston Breaststroke Camp

 

The 2012 Dave Denniston Breaststroke Camp will be held the weekend of May 5-6. Registration for this camp is MAIL IN ONLY.  Forms are now available.  Please mail completed forms and camp fees to: Auburn Swim Camps, P.O. BOX 351, Auburn AL, 36831-0351.
This is a Day Camp only. 

Breaststroke Camp Information

The Breaststroke Camp is a day camp only. Campers will be responsible for making their own arrangements for accommodations. The camp check-in is Sat. May 5th at 8:00am at the pool. The camp will begin at 9:00am and end at 6:00pm on Sat. On Sunday, the camp will begin at 9:00am and end at 2:00pm. Lunch will be provided both days. Registration is mail in ONLY. To reserve a spot please send the camp fees ($275.00) and the completed camp forms by 1 April to: Auburn Swim Camps, P.O. Box 351, Auburn, AL 36831-0351. The forms are available below.  ONLY when all completed forms have been returned will your spot be guaranteed. 

A Word from Dave…

"The camp has four sessions in the water. The first one completely breaks down the stroke and we rebuild it from the basics. The second session goes over turns and pull-outs. The third session is starts and pull-outs into a little bit of racing. The fourth session is compiled breaststroke drills that are fun or help with what we've already covered. There is one dry-land session with PK. We also have two lectures/ motivational talks from me and the other Olympians.

In the past we've had several coaches want to learn from the camp as well. So every kid is literally being watched the entire time. Parents are allowed to watch all of the sessions and are encouraged to come to the talks. We've worked with kids from 6 years old to 18 years old. All will benefit."
